Rose A. Rue (Sheehan)
Age 88 of Maple Grove, formerly of New Hope, Minnesota. We are celebrating the life of our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Rose was born August 7, 1930 in Bird Island, Minnesota to William and Mary (Ellis) Sheehan. She was preceded in death by husband Charlie in 2003, and seven brothers and one sister. Rose is survived by children, Chuck (Judy), Mark (Maureen), Rosemary (Steven) Mengelkoch, and Patricia (Scott) Ellingson; grandchildren, Brennan (Lori) Sullivan, Jennifer (Ross) Klingelhut, Alicia (Andy) Pierskalla, Steven and Patrick Mengelkoch, McKenna (Eric) Wentworth, Ethan and Karris Ellingson; great-grandchildren, John Sullivan, Kailey and Dylan Klingelhut, Bennett and Zaylie Wentworth, and Carson Pierskalla. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:30 AM at St. Joseph's Parish Community, 8701 36th Ave. N., New Hope. Visitation beginning at 10 AM. Private interment ~ Fort Snelling National Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association, St. Joseph's Building Fund, or donor's choice.
