John A. Molstad, age 70 of St. Paul, died unexpectedly from an aortic aneurysm on August 6, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, a sister and a brother. Survived by wife, Sue; children, Shawn (Joy), Rebecca (Nathan) Sheldon and Brad; grandchildren, Avery and Erik; family and friends. John was a lifelong Golden Gopher football fan. Memorial Service 4p.m., Thursday, August 16th at St. Anthony Park Lutheran Church, 2323 Como Ave., St. Paul with visitation one hour prior to service only. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Extension Opportunity Fund of University of Minnesota Extension Service (www.extension.umn.edu/giving) .
